Our Reservationless Conference Call Services includes a Toll Free Dial-In number for ease of accessibility. Simply supply your participants with the Dial-In number(s), Client ID and meeting time. Rest assured that as Moderator you have complete control of the conference call. You can hold a secure business meeting anytime from anywhere.

Conference Shortcuts (*0) to reach an operator (*6) to mute or "un-mute" lines (*4/*7) to increase or decrease conference volume (*5/*8) to increase or decrease your voice volume Moderator Features (*91) to hear participant count (*92) to hear roll call of participants (*93) to disconnect all participant lines (*94) to lock or unlock conference (*95) to dial out to participants (*96) to mute all participant lines (*97) to "un-mute" all participant lines (*21) to initiate a subconference and (#0) to end it (*22) to Record for playback (*31) to turn Conference Security Code on/off Mute Lines: The ConferenceWorx Host may mute or "un-mute" all participants lines at any time during a conference. Participants may also mute or "un-mute" their own lines to eliminate background noise in the meeting. Moderator Dial-Out: The host may add participants at anytime during the meeting by dialing (*95) and then simply dialing the new participant's phone number to immediately include them in the meeting. Subconferencing: ConferenceWorx gives you the ability to initiate breakout sessions of up to nine subgroups to brainstorm ideas or discuss issues. These sessions can be conducted at anytime during the call, whenever the need arises. The start and end of each session is controlled via easy-to-use touchtone controls. The Host assigns breakout "room numbers" to participants and then presses *21. The participants are then prompted to press # and their assigned room number.
